- Interview and make recommendations for appointments.
- Manage consultants through the pre-contract stage.
- Prepare Outline Construction programme and manage through the pre-contract period.
- Prepare short list and interview tendering contractors.
- Manage tender period.
- Recommend appointment of Contractor.
- Update Outline Construction Programme to a Contract Programme and agree with the successful contractor.
- Manage programme through the construction period.
- Continue liaison with the client throughout the construction period.
- Take instructions and instruct contractor accordingly.
- Incorporate variations into the construction programme as required.
- Chair and minute Site meetings at intervals as required.
- Manage the commissioning and handover of the project.
- Manage the defects liability period.
