Acting as Project Managers we:

  • Take the client’s initial brief
  • Prepare performance brief for Consultants
  • Interview and make recommendations for appointments of consultants
  • Prepare documentation and appoint consultants

Manage consultants through the pre-contract stage.

  • Prepare Outline Construction programme and manage through the pre-contract period
  • Prepare short list and interview tendering contractors
  • Manage tender period
  • Review tender with Professional team. Interview contractors. Recommend contractor for appointment
  • Update Outline Construction Programme to a Contract Programme and agree with the successful contractor
  • Manage programme through the construction period
  • Continue liaison with the client throughout the construction period
  • Take instructions and instruct contractor accordingly
  • Incorporate variations into the construction programme as required
  • Chair and minute Site meetings at intervals as required
  • Manage the commissioning and handover of the project
  • Manage the defects liability period
