The Building is a Four Storey Concrete frame office building.
The developers brief was that the building should be completed to a ‘Shell and Core’ standard. A Construction Budget and a Programme of work was agreed.
During the Pre-Construction phase, the developer secured a tenant and the scope of the project was increased to a Cat A grade fit out. A revised Construction budget and programme including enhanced mechanical, electrical and finishes was agreed.
Working with the Developers Site Management team, Works contractors have been appointed and managed within the Construction Budget and programme.
Regular meetings are held with the Leaseholders Agent and Fit-out Management team. Leaseholder and Client variations to the Development specification are taken and implemented.
The Project is due to be completed in Spring 2014.
