1. Assistant Surveyor required: To work in our busy practice. To assist Project Surveyors on Major Construction Projects. Candidates should have gained or be working towards RICS/CIOB qualification. Excellent opportunities in the practice await hard working and self- motivated candidates. A full driving licence is required.
2. Part time/Freelance Estimator required: To work in our busy practice. Experience in preparing estimates for all forms of Construction, ‘Fitting out’ and ‘Design Build’ projects. Experience in the use of the Causeway Estimating system would be an advantage. Candidates should be members of the CIOB/RICS.
