Founded by Graham Mullender in 1982, G R Mullender and Associates is a multi-disciplinary Chartered Building Consultancy serving all sectors of the construction industry.

Driven by clients' requirements, G R Mullender and Associates embraces modern technology and has used computer-based systems for estimating, cost planning and quantity surveying since the mid 1980s.

A Chartered Building Consultancy since 2000, G R Mullender and Associates is bound by the professional standards and requirements set by the Chartered Institute of Building.  

In 1988, G R Mullender and Associates purchased the freehold of a grade 2 listed barn, Wren Hall, which was systematically restored and now serves as the company head office.

G R Mullender and Associates has undertaken or been an integral part of the management team of numerous projects. A selection of current and completed projects is illustrated .
